After i new test, i restart linux-bridge-agent on controleur when the service is up on compute node, and now it's work. I don't really know why.

You can run OpenStack on a single interface, but the difference in the configuration of the two hosts is a bad omen.

You seem to have no problems using tcpdump :) Find out where the packets disappear between instance and router.
